You will author, present and finalize artefacts such as file and database layouts, illustrations with sample data, screens and diagrams, use cases, business and system flows, leveraging existing product and system documentation, when possible, in order to complete a documented solution consensus, within scope and project timeline, with both external and internal project teams. Triage and conduct in-depth analysis of UAT and Production support issues and requests, by reviewing existing documentation, searching, and examining JIRA ticket history, and by working with various BRACS teams to determine and communicate the appropriate course of action.
