The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external solution providers to define requirements, align technology capabilities with business objectives, support delivery and adoption, and drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and user experience. The role is responsible for the intake, assessment, prioritization, implementation, and value realization of technology initiatives across Trinseo's Finance and Corporate application landscape, including Treasury, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Payroll.
