This role uses human-centered design principles to understand the needs, preferences, barriers, and lived experiences of older adults, caregivers, staff, and community partners; designs accessible, person-centered services; establishes workflows and operational infrastructure; and builds coordinated partnerships with healthcare providers, social-service agencies, municipalities, funders, housing partners, and community organizations. Position Description The Director of Senior Services provides strategic and operational leadership for geriatric-focused sites, services, and programs that support older adults, caregivers, and families across Honor Community Health’s service area.
