Responsibilities Include: Drafting and negotiating various vendor and procurement agreements including technology agreements, software licenses, SaaS and other business tooling agreements, enterprise system and platforms, marketing and event agreements, facilities-related agreements, professional services agreements, and AI tools. This attorney will support the company's global operations and procurement functions, which include negotiating vendor and technology agreements, master purchase agreements, SaaS, software licenses, and other commercial, technology, and operational contracts.
