The ideal candidate will have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent and one to two years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with homeowners. Successful candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, climbing ladders, and completing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
