Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality laboratory documentation Willingness to learn regulated laboratory practices and manufacturing workflows Ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and manage time effectively Key Responsibilities Support processing activities for oligonucleotide manufacturing under guidance from senior staff Execute laboratory-scale and pilot-scale processes to support research and in-house material needs Perform routine in-process analytical tests (e.g., pH, conductivity, UV, basic chromatography) Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of non-GMP manufacturing runs Follow established SOPs and batch records in a cGLP laboratory environment Support drafting and revision of SOPs, batch records, and technical documentation Operate laboratory and analytical equipment after appropriate training Accurately document experimental work following good documentation practices (GDP) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Development, Analytical Sciences, and Manufacturing Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory workspace Support inventory management team.
