Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) with five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, or a master's degree (or foreign equivalent) with two years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, with degree fields in biology, immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, biomedical engineering, biotechnology or a closely related field, and demonstrated experience in all of the following: (a) performing high-parameter flow cytometry analyses of hematopoietic stem and immune cell subsets, and, (b) designing and executing flow-based assay development for preclinical or translational research; and, (c) conducting quantitative flow cytometry data analysis using FlowJo or FCS Express; and, (d) troubleshooting instrument performance and coordinating maintenance; and, (e) operating and maintaining high-parameter flow cytometers and cell sorters.
