10+ years of progressive experience in senior product, data-science, or scientific-innovation leadership roles, including senior-level and zero-to-one/new-market work, taking products, tools, or decision systems from concept to launch as a hands-on builder and implementer, with direct, first-hand exposure to pharmaceutical or life-sciences R&D. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize integration and technology partners across the R&D tool ecosystem; shape build/buy/partner decisions and own the partnership and integration roadmap in close alignment with engineering, product, and partnerships teams and prospective and current partners.
