Resolve research end-user issues by documenting and coordinating with technical teams to address root causes, and provide customer service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support for Research Study Management and Enrollment interfaces to minimize workflow disruptions. Design and maintain Epic features such as SmartForms, MyChart Recruitment Messages, and e-Consents, and configure and optimize Best Practice Advisories (BPAs), SmartSets, and OrderSets so that research and clinical workflows and documentation are precise, efficient, and aligned with research objectives.
