Provide leadership and support to the local corps/church communities by attending and assisting in church services or events, leading worship, preaching, running the church service in the absence of the regular leader, running prayer meetings and Bible studies, helping set up, take down and clean up the facility, offer support to church members as well as helping organize and utilize the Revolution Hawaii team to participate in all of these things. The Resident Advisor/Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building and sustaining relationships with local community groups and organizations to expand outreach efforts, organizing and leading mission activities in urban settings, including beach outreach, ministry to homeless populations, and children’s programs, providing guidance and supervision to team members during their field training, ensuring their experiences are meaningful and mission-driven.
