Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to work with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities; ability to work effectively and cooperatively with administration, staff, and persons external to the programs; established professional leadership skills; demonstrated analytical ability; strong written and verbal communication skills. Oversee and ensure physical plant and program safety (i.e. submit maintenance work orders for assigned sites/vehicles; ensure drills are run, complete reports, maintain stock of First Aid kits, complete temperature logs, assuring proper storage for hazardous chemicals, etc.).
