AirHeads HVAC in Copperas Cove, TX is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Service Tech (Experienced) to join our team. Depending on experience, our service technicians earn anywhere from $19.00 - $30.000/hour, plus spiffs and bonuses! We also provide fantastic benefits that include paid vacation, holidays, a company-matched Roth IRA, health insurance, a company phone, vehicle, uniforms, continuous company-paid training, and year-round work! There will be an additional bonus of $5000 for 5 or more years of experience and $3000 for 3 to 5 years of experience. This bonus will be paid out over the next year at 90 days, 180 days, and last of all 365 days.
