Supports and facilitates positive interaction with clients and staff by exhibiting both in office and in the public when carrying out job duties: individual maturity, respect for others, a team-centered approach, maintenance of confidential information, and an awareness and sensitivity to cultural and other differences in youth and staff. This includes, but is not limited to, 1) screening and assessment, 2) individual, collateral, group, and family therapy, 3) treatment plan development and reviews, 4) timely documentation, 5) obtaining authorization for services, and 6) discharge planning and referrals.
