Experience working with adolescents in educational, residential, camp, or care-taking environments • Interest in student well-being, mentorship, and community building • Commitment to contributing positively to a boarding school environment • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills • Comfort working with a diverse, international student population • Willingness to work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, overnight shifts) • Team-oriented mindset and ability to follow guidance from senior residential staff. • This is a full-time hourly residential position--candidate must live on campus • Requires evening, weekend, and overnight duty shifts on a rotating schedule • Participation in student arrival/departure days, special events, and emergency coverage as needed • Public holiday staffing may be required based on residential needs • RAs may be assigned additional responsibilities that support residential life operations, including but not limited to driving academy vehicles, campus roaming, student space coverage beyond residential halls.
