Valid California Exposed Firearms Permit;
Valid California Guard Card;
Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening(Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes);
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening;
High school diploma or equivalent;
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing close protection to clients at residential properties;
Ensuring the overall safety and security of assigned residential properties;
Monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols;
Responding to and addressing security incidents and emergencies;
Interacting with residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner;
Completing accurate and detailed incident reports;
Conducting inspections of residential properties to identify and mitigate potential security risks;
Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services;
Following all company policies and procedures;
Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
