What You’ll Be Doing
Review project details the evening before each job
Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners
Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery
Oversee progress and keep everything on track
Communicate regularly with the office team and customers
Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials
What We’re Looking For
Construction or project management experience (roofing, siding, gutters, windows a plus)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Tech-savvy and organized
Comfortable managing multiple projects per day
Valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic
