Therefore, employees who cannot be excused from their duties on a fixed holiday will be granted another day off during the same or following work week, at a mutually convenient time arranged between the employee and the supervisor OR the employee will be paid their straight-time rate of pay for hours actually worked on the holiday plus the regular holiday pay for the day. ECF holds the right to modify the terms of employment, including but not limited to, job descriptions, duties, schedules, work locations, procedures, guidelines, practices or employee benefit programs with or without advance notice.
