Build our future together: Senior Manager, Resource Management (RM) partners with multiple functions in Research and Preclinical Development (RpD) functional resource liaisons to assess capacity, workload and resource information, to proactively plan and allocate resources, identify potential resource gaps and propose solutions. The RM will work with other Global Development Resource Managers to ensure cross-functional consistency.to ensure cross-functional consistency for resource management and workforce planning and harmonized business processes.
