Experience with triage, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, rapid sequence intubation, continuous intravenous sedation, ventilated patient care, BiPAP/CPAP management, central line and PICC line care, chest tube management, blood product administration, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, arterial blood gas interpretation, 12-lead EKG/ECG acquisition, phlebotomy, and starting and maintaining intravenous lines. Required clinical skills include tracheostomy care, cardioversion and defibrillation, breathing treatments, feeding tube management, PICC line care, rapid infuser use, syringe pump management, triple-lumen catheter care, and Port-A-Cath/vascular device access and care.
