Demonstrate and maintain an effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction, status, or schedule of the project. Required Experience: At least 5 years of Construction Management Superintendent experience, including proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications.
