The Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining the project schedule, and working closely with project management, quality control, safety and government representatives throughout construction. This project involves phased construction within an active medical environment, with work across multiple trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, communications, fire suppression, carpentry, demolition and site work.
