Lead engineering support and response for operational issues, including releases, overpressure events, equipment failures, abnormal operations, shutdowns and restarts, regulatory inspections, audits, investigations, natural events, and other emergent conditions. Provide engineering oversight and troubleshooting for equipment and systems, including pumps, piping, valves, control valves, relief devices, controls, vapor combustion and recovery equipment, docks, and related infrastructure.
