We are seeking an experienced Thermal Treatment Supervisor to manage daily operations at one of the most specialized and heavily regulated facilities in the oilfield services industry — a dedicated explosive hazardous waste thermal treatment, storage, and disposal facility located in Fort Stockton, TX. In this role, you will oversee all facility operations, maintain regulatory compliance with ATF, EPA, TCEQ, DOT, and OSHA, supervise direct reports, and serve as the onsite Explosive Safety Officer.
