This position requires advanced Core HR mastery - including team member lifecycle management, position management, employment records, security, approvals, and data governance - while also understanding how Core HR underpins and impacts Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence, Help Desk, Performance, Learn, PTO, and LOA. The Lead HR Technology (HRT Lead) serves as the functional and configuration expert within Oracle Cloud HCM, with deep expertise in Core HR and strong working knowledge across all HCM modules.
