What You'll Do: Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work meets safety, schedule, quality, and budget goals Collaborate with Project Managers and client reps to resolve conflicts and align with project specs and codes Oversee subcontractors to ensure scopes are understood and executed properly Maintain accurate daily job reports, purchase orders, job site photos, and time logs Facilitate weekly safety meetings and participate in incident investigations when necessary Conduct site housekeeping, equipment oversight, and tool management Lead project close-out efforts, including punch list completion, red-line drawings, and warranty submissions Mentor field staff including Project Engineers, Foremen, and Carpenters. What We're Looking For: Based in or near Dallas, TX Willing to travel nationwide once local projects are complete (return trips home twice per month or as project allows) 5+ years' experience in commercial ground-up construction Knowledgeable in Divisions 1-16; petroleum/fuel station or restaurant construction experience highly desired Proficient in blueprint reading and construction methods OSHA 30 certified Capable of physical labor on-site: lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., stand/walk for long periods.
