You'll still work alongside the team, serving guests, making great food, keeping the restaurant ready, and jumping in wherever you're needed but you'll also start taking responsibility for leading people and helping run great shifts. As a Shift Leader, you'll work directly with your restaurant leadership team while learning how to lead shifts, coach teammates, solve problems, and keep the restaurant operating at a high level.
