The Federal Programs Army Project Director for the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region, will primarily focus on executing A-E services under Army contracts, but also to work with the Army Portfolio Lead to grow the Federal Programs team's Army Program, which includes delivering our service capabilities to include engineering, architecture, planning, environmental engineering, asset management and program management; as well as focusing on enhancing and strengthening client and partner firm relationships to drive new business opportunities. 15+ years of successful experience proposing on, negotiating fee proposals, and delivering Architectural & Engineering (AE) planning, design, and AE construction-phase oversight services on projects under U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) IDIQ contracts (more favorable if such experience is for Army IDIQs).
