This position manages the internal crews daily productivity, safety, and performance as well as project planning and scheduling; you will be responsible for coordinating in-house crews and multi-trade subcontractors, primarily in Commercial Flat Roofing, and large Shingle or Metal Roofing projects. Expectation for this role is a 50% in Field, 50% in Office Role - Managing day to day expectations with our install crew, as well as upcoming projects, pre job walks with our foreman, or GCs, bids, material ordering, submittals, and follow up with clients at all stages of the job.
