As the senior field leader, this role sets the safety and quality culture, mentors project and field staff, and carries administrative responsibilities including coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring material inventory, developing reports, conducting inspections, and implementing safety policies and regulations. Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff, and manage relationships and communication with internal team members, subcontractors, and trade partners.
