Also inspects construction activities to ensure compliance with established quality procedures and compliance with project plans, specifications, and shop drawings, inspects trade and associated installations, trains assistants and ensures all onsite personnel comply with project procedures. Assist in effectively training assistants and workers to adhere to policies/procedures, submittals, schedules, contracting and motivating assistants to uphold core values by leading through example.
