Complete the duties of a Shift Manager specified by Cambro's operating structure, including but not limited to reporting, process review, shift performance review, employee appraisal reviews, Management Operating System (MOS) procedures, disciplinary corrective action, training, timely following ups, time studies, continuous improvement processes, 5S housekeeping, developing targets and goals, understanding and upholding plant KPI's, and daily management duties. Sitting, walking, standing, bending at the neck, bending at the waist, squatting, climbing, twisting at the neck and waist, repetitive use of hands, simple grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling, reaching above and below the shoulder, carrying/lifting up to 25-50 lbs.
