This role is specifically focused on larger sites where complexity or long-term construction activity warrants dedicated leadership for successful delivery of new Major Capital projects, including project oversight, direction, and strategy over multiple $100+ Million data center construction projects, particularly relating to safety, schedule, scope, and quality. Identify, document, and report non-conformances, defects, or deviations from contract requirements; collaborate data driven action plans with the NTT Project Manager/Design Manager, GC superintendents, and subcontractors to implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
