The Director will partner closely with Human Resources, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and senior leadership to build scalable talent programs, improve workforce performance, and ensure the organization has the people, processes, and capabilities needed to support continued growth. The successful leader will bring a data-driven approach, strong business acumen, and a track record of building scalable people infrastructure in a growth-oriented, multi-location environment.
