As the Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Catering Department in all duties including Catering Sales maintaining existing business and obtaining new business, training new associates, overseeing event set-ups, and directing any temporary personnel in addition to their everyday assignments. CULINAIRE provides upscale food and beverage management services to a very diverse collection of national accounts to include art museums, cultural landmarks, hotels, performing arts centers, restaurants, and special event venues.
