Candidates will be evaluated on reliability, attitude, coachability, communication, work ethic, guest service, operational execution, and leadership potential. Prior experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, military, team leadership, or supervisory roles is strongly preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
