POSITION SUMMARY: The Store Team Leader role is responsible for all leadership responsibilities at an assigned Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL) store location, including but not limited to hiring, development, store profit and loss reporting, merchandising, and executing operations in compliance with established policies and procedures.
