We hold those same values for our employees and are committed to their long-term success and personal development.The Customer Service Representative will conduct teller transactions and offer exemplary customer service in-person, via phone or e-mail.</div><div></div><div>Please note:The work schedule will be set by management and will include a Saturday rotation at Maple Lake during the bank hours.Occasionally, work at both Annandale and Maple Lake locations may be required.</div><div></div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct basic customer service transactions and answer questions about Star Bank accounts.</li><li>Greet customers and guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.</li><li>Perform clerical tasks including word processing, filing, answering telephones and operating office equipment.</li><li>Build customer relationships with the bank by cross-selling bank products.</li><li>Maintain daily drawer limits and balance daily.</li><li>Navigate through various financial/banking software to accurately process transactions.</li><li>Assist customers with digital banking questions and unlock or reset online accounts.</li><li>Provide timely and accurate information to customers about their finances or pending transactions.</li><li>Process and balance coin through the coin machine; bag coins for shipment.</li><li>Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide timely feedback to leadership regarding service failures or customer concerns.</li><li>Strive to meet and exceed customer's service expectations in every interaction.</li><li>Provide administrative support, project assistance, and research.</li><li>Promote the bank culture, mission and vision statements by maintaining positive working relationships with bank staff, customers, and guests.</li><li>Attend and participate in ongoing trainings to stay up to date with banking trends.</li><li>May be required to assist in surrounding regional offices of Star Bank during staffing shortages.</li><li>Punctual and regular attendance is an essential requirement of this position. Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start working. Employees also are expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule.
