<p/><div><div><p>As a team member in our gift shops, rentals, Flash Pass and animal attractions area, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing exceptional customer service and assisting them with various aspects of their visit, including selling food for animal feeding! Your responsibilities will include helping guests with their purchases, facilitating rentals, upselling products along with ensuring your work environment is clean and safe.</p><p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p></div></div><div><ul><li>Responsibility for image quality</li><li>Up sell packages and programs set forth by the park.</li><li>Offer suggestions to help souvenir-seeking guests find their perfect keepsake</li><li>Tell shoppers about add-on accessories to increase value for the guest</li><li>Re-stock bins, shelves, fixtures, and displays full with the newest and coolest merchandise</li><li>Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers, completing transactions.</li><li>Check in shipments of new merchandise</li><li>Keep aisles, countertops, and displays clean and looking great</li><li>Ring up everything from apparel to action figures and homemade fudge</li><li>Be on alert for store security and loss prevention <ul><li>Must be 16 years or older </li><li>Basic computer literacy and ability to complete transactions accurately.</li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift</li><li>Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills</li><li>Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters</li><li>Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds</li><li>Responsible for adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines</li><li>Responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including cash handling.</li></ul> <p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong> </p>This position may require standing for extended periods and at certain locations there is exposure to outdoor weather conditions.<div>You may work in proximity to animals, and adherence to safety protocols is essential.</div> <p>Six Flags is committed to maintaining employee and guest safety at all times.</p><p>Six Flags is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
