Assists with the preliminary underwriting, sizing, pricing, negotiating and closing new commercial mortgage loans, prepares new loan underwriting packages and works closely with an established team of home office underwriters, analysts, closers and real estate attorneys to close new investments. Assist the asset management group with all borrower requests including loan assumptions, assignments, escrow draws, partial releases, and tenant lease related activities by acting as the liaison between the borrower and Asset Manager.
