The Home Dialysis Registered Professional Nurse provides chronic dialysis care and treatment, training and education; evaluates patients, communicates with physician and other members of the care team to interpret, adjust, and complete patient assessments and care plans; teaches skills, techniques, and procedures; and assists in research studies. The Home Dialysis Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for assisting and supporting the unit management team in achieving quality, patient satisfaction, staff development, business management, teamwork, and culture and employee satisfaction.
