Patient population includes level 1 trauma, falls, GSW, blunt trauma, MVAs, ex-lap, crani, specialty neurosurgery, CVA, post-TPA, COVID, sepsis, ARDS, on/off pump CABG, valves, post caths, TAVR, IABP, Impella, ECMO, tandem heart, and esophagectomies. RNs required to titrate drips including propofol, fentanyl, versed, precedex, morphine, dilaudid, ketamine, rocuronium, levophed, vasopressin, cardene, labetalol, dopamine, dobutamine, heparin, and insulin.
