Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 24 months minimum of PICU / Pediatric Intensive Care experience - EPIC EMR experience - PALS (AHA) certification - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate license at time of submission - Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current PICU / Pediatric Intensive Care experience - Skills Checklist specific to PICU/Pediatric Intensive Care - Driver’s License - AHA/American Heart Association BLS certification **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Equipment experience with vents, high flow (highly preferred) - Equipment experience with Alaris IV pumps, feeding pumps (highly preferred) - Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date (preferred) **Additional Requirements and Information:** - Must be willing to float to NICU when needed and may also float to ED patient holds - Submission must include professional reference checks/documents - Orientation Dates: 10/26, 11/9, 11/23, 12/7 (sooner starts will be prioritized) **Certifications Required:** - BLS (AHA) - PALS (AHA) **State Licenses Required:** - Iowa.
