Required Qualifications: ASN (Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing), current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, BLS (American Heart Association), minimum of 1 year of ICU experience, required schedule is 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include assessing patients' health data, implementing care plans, administering therapy and treatment, providing health teaching and counseling, delegating medical functions, referring patients for further evaluation, monitoring therapy and treatment plans, and documenting according to guidelines.
