Know and understand mechanical and facilities equipment such as chilled water systems, boilers, VFDs, pumps, PLCs, condensers, split systems, air compressors, dust collectors, backflow preventers, and related systems in order to scope, sequence, and accept project work. As a key on-site leader on the facilities operations team, you'll bring technical credibility, engineering expertise, and steady project leadership to fast-paced, high-impact work in live, technically advanced facilities.
