Required Qualifications: 3 years of nursing experience, current certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced AWHONN (Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certifications. Float: RN is expected to care for any patient within the Labor and Delivery unit, including triage, cesarean cases, and postpartum care, with regular floating between departments and facilities as needed.
