As an After-Hours/On Call Registered Nurse, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways: Assess hospice patients and families to identify physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and environmental needs. Provide education on hospice philosophy, pain management, and symptom management to staff in nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other care settings.
