This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized care to patients with post liver transplant patients while collaborating with physicians, nurses, transplant specialists, and other healthcare professionals throughout the continuum of care. In addition to providing specialized clinical care, the Comprehensive Transplant Center supports clinical research, quality improvement, patient education, and advancements in transplantation medicine.
