Care for cardiac telemetry, neuro stepdown, and PCU/DOU/IMC patients, including CVA, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and pre/post neurosurgery cases. Skills needed include IV therapy, central/PICC line management, respiratory care (BiPAP/CPAP, ventilator, tracheostomy), cardiac monitoring, and dysrhythmia management.
