Changing air filters, general maintenance on HVAC systems replacing motors and belts, bearing replacements, basic operational knowledge of equipment to include generators, UPS, ATS, BAS, overhead doors, fire alarm security barriers, etc. The Maintenance Mechanic shall have the ability to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
