Expedites, prioritizes, synchronizes and mediates (in real time) clinical issues, removes barriers to discharge and addresses delays in care; identifies potential issues so staff can prioritize patient-care activities and discharges and mitigate potential bottlenecks before they occur. Experience Required: 5 years Clinical Experience as a Registered Nurse with minimum of 3 years RN experience in the related field of Expediter role (Emergency, PCU/ICU, Procedural Area ) (Procedural i.e., PACU, Short Stay, Endoscopy).
